Consultations

Free 20 minute consultation

Every prospective client is offered a phone or video consultation before booking a first session. There is no obligation attached to it. It is a chance to talk through what you are looking for, ask whatever you need to ask, and decide whether we are a good fit for each other.

Sessions

Individual counselling: $165 per 50 minute session.
Individual counselling: $220 per 80 minute session.

Insurance

I provide an insurance-ready invoice after each session, which you can submit to your extended health provider for reimbursement.

I do not offer direct billing at this time, so payment is made to me and reimbursement comes back to you from your provider.

Coverage differs a great deal between plans, including which categories of counsellor a plan will reimburse. It is worth confirming the specifics with your provider before your first session rather than after it.

How to pay

Fees are due at the time of each session, by e-transfer or credit card. I currently do not offer direct billing.

Cancellations

I ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a session.

Booking

Sessions are booked through Jane, and the consultation is the first step.
